Tutoring Intake Form

A few notes before filling out the waitlist form:

Sessions take place a minimum of twice a week (either every Mon/Wed or every Tues/Thurs) between 9am and 3pm.
We typically work with students in groups of 2 or 3. Students thrive in small group settings with peers who have similar needs. They often feel less alone, safe and more motivated to complete their work. We do offer 1 on 1 tutoring for students who do better working alone.
