Payment must be made by e-transfer before the start of each monthly session.

Reading Assessment - $200 (students grade 3 and up; 90 minutes long) & $175 (students K-2; 75 minutes long)
- parent phone call to discuss results.

All tutoring sessions below are 1.5 hours long.

Package Deals for 1 child:
A. 2 sessions a week for 4 weeks - $800
B. 3 session a week for 4 weeks - $1,125

Package Deals for group of 2 or 3 children:

(only offered by reading tutor IF clients have similar needs)

A. 2 sessions a week for 4 weeks - $580

B. 3 session a week for 4 weeks - $860

*All sessions must be done within 4 weeks.

A. 2 sessions a week for 4 weeks - $480

B. 3 session a week for 4 weeks - $700

Parents, you are encouraged to bring your children to this session so that Soaring Readers can model a literacy lesson with your child. Each session is curated to the individual needs of your child depending on what their assessment results are. You will be given the tools you need to be able to help your child without needing outside support. You may need more than one session.

Informal session:

During an informal session you are welcome to "pick" Kathleen's brain and ask any questions you may have about literacy. This is informal, so it is more of a Q & A session.

1 on 1 (90 minutes session) - $200
Small group (3 or more teachers to receive discounted price) - $100/teacher

Formal session:

In a formal session, Kathleen will develop a PowerPoint presentation based on one or two literacy strands of your choice. She will present to you about the strands of your choice and leave time at the end for questions.

Small group (3-5 teachers) - $150/teacher

Staff meetings (1-1.5 hours): $450

Half Day PD (2.5-3 hours): $800

Full Day PD (6 hours): $1500
