Reading Assessment - $200 (students grade 3 and up) & $175 (students K-2)

- 90 minute assessment session (students grade 3 and up) & 75 minute assessment session (K-2).
- parent phone call to discuss results.

An assessment is required before receiving tutoring

Package Deals for 1 child:

A. 1 session a week for 4 weeks - $400
B. 2 sessions a week for 4 weeks - $765
C. 3 session a week for 4 weeks - $1,125

Package Deals for 2 or 3 children:

(only offered by reading tutor IF clients have similar needs)

A. 1 session a week for 4 weeks - $290

B. 2 sessions a week for 4 weeks - $580

C. 3 session a week for 4 weeks - $860

*All sessions must be done within 4 weeks.

Parents are encouraged to bring their children to the session so that the teacher can model a literacy lesson for parents. Each session is curated to the individual needs of your child depending on what their assessment results are. You will be given the tools you need to be able to help your child without needing outside support. You may need more than one session.

Informal session:

During an informal session you are welcome to "pick" Kathleen's brain and ask any questions you may have about literacy. This is informal, so it is more of a Q & A session.

1 on 1 (90 minutes session) - $175
Small group (3 or more teachers to receive discounted price) - $75/teacher

Formal session:

In a formal session, Kathleen will develop a PowerPoint presentation based on one or two literacy strands of your choice. She will present to you about the strands of your choice and leave time at the end for questions.

1 on 1 (90 minutes session) - $275

Small group (3-5 teachers) - $100/teacher

Staff meetings (1-1.5 hours): $450

Half Day PD (2.5-3 hours): $800

Full Day PD (6 hours): $1200
